Again, for a challenge by Simarchy "Dream Home" . To be honest, I haven't yet settled to a style that I'd like as a "Dream Home". I do love suburbans , but Victorians and moderns have also a special place in my heart. What my Dream House HAS to have though , no matter what, is to be close to the beach/sea and have awesome sea views . And yes of course nautical/sea/beach is one of my fav themes.. So that's what I went for. Stayed in my comfort zone this time , and picked a suburban as I'm not that good yet in Victorians , and I usually create too blocky moderns. Picked a nice Aegean-Cycladic color pallet with loads of blues and whites and that 40x30 lot in Brindleton Bay that has awesome sea view....
I present to you Seaside View!! Note that the weather was not cooperating at all , so I had to stick with a gloomy summer day, instead of the bright sunny day I wanted for screenies.
